In my Nurs 411 Evidence-Based Practice class, I worked with some of my classmates using the Johns Hopkins Evidence-Based Practice Model to synthesize findings on how working the night shift impacts nurses' health. Below is my paper on my research and findings on this topic. This project helped me to meet the Baccalaureate Nursing Competencies of Evidence-Based Practice, and Teamwork and Collaboration!
