Emergency Services Center for Counseling and Student Development Services The Center for Counseling and Student Development (CCSD) provides individual and group counseling to thousands of UD students each year. All counseling services are covered by the UD Wellbeing Fee for full-time students. Part-time students also can elect to pay this fee to access the same care. All counseling services begin with a triage appointment to determine the services that are right for your needs. If you are a new client, stop by our front desk during business hours, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to get started with us! Returning clients can call to schedule an appointment.
